Business hours are 7:30 a.m. every day to 9:00 pm, Sunday through Thursday, 10:00 pm, Friday and Saturday. Guests range from tourists, to business professionals from the nearby financial district, to Bay Area residents looking for a fine meal and an enjoyable night out in a spectacular setting.

The Transaction. The price is $1,099,500, approximately 37% of gross annual sales, approximately <2.7X SDE. — And, this includes the liquor license, which alone is worth $250-$300,000.

This will be a sale of all assets (not the corporate entity), including the physical assets, furniture, fixtures, and equipment, good will, name, lease, and liquor license, but excluding accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash on hand, deposits, and inventory. (Current inventory will be available at actual cost, approximately $15k for food and $15k for liquor.)

Seller and third-party financing may be available to a qualified buyer for up to 80% of the purchase price.

The Seller will consider the sale of the corporate entity if the buyer prefers.
