High end salon establish over 15 years ago. The salon has 10 seats, currently 8 seats filled. 5 of the chairs are rented. The staff provides pedicures, manicures, facials and haircuts. The salon accepts walk-ins. They have a very loyal clientele and reliable staff, most of the stylists have been with her for many years. When the owner sells the salon, she would like to stay on a as a stylist renting a chair and servicing her existing clients. They have an excellent website that draws clients to the salon.The salon is located in the Mandarin area. The new owners have provided extensive renovations to maintain the stylish salon. The entire 1500 SQ Ft. is tiled and cleaned. The chairs are all new. An outside break area is outside to allow the stylist a quiet place to eat lunch, read or make phone calls.
