Concrete landscape product manufacturing business offered for sale. These are fantastic products with existing reseller and trade clients through northern NSW to Toowoomba and just south of the Sunshine Coast. There is some competition but the quality of our product ensures that we are top of mind.
There is a huge opportunity to grow the business with new product lines and the possibility of import (contacts provided). These options were explored however we have another business that has taken off and requires all of our time and this business is now being a little neglected.
Strong web presence with a weekly leads being generated, all of these goes direct to email. Existing lease will expire in March 2012 and as the business is operated through a mobile phone number so can be re-located if needed. Lease terms are reasonable and there is excellent space including shed and curing yard in an Industry 1 zoning. Close to concrete batching plant and major traffic routes so the location helps to keep costs for transport low.
The price is for Plant & Equipment and stock (both raw materials and complete product) as the sale due to other commitments. The price is indicative as this busines must be sold sooner rather than later so all reasonable offers would be considered. We want to ensure that this business gets the attention that it deserves.
This would be a great husband and wife business but sales drive is a must in order to maintain relationships with existing clients and to develop new base. There is a contract labouring person in place but physical input from new owner or one other person will be necessary.

Nearly all product is delivered from our premises to clients, not much on site work.
Home Based: Office work can be undertaken from home base but physical manufacturing is done from Factory.

Real Estate: Industrial Shed, zoned Industry 1 in Molendinar. Easy access to Smith Street and M1. Property is a little rare in that includes lockable shed for production and storage plus 2 shipping containers and large yard at the year for curing of product.
Expansion: Great potential for expansion. We have had a number of enquiries from overseas and other parts of the country for supply of moulds plus also can develop stock lines further as we carry only one line in one colour.
Support Traning: As required up to two weeks full time. We want to ensure that the transition is smooth as the current owner has invested a lot of time in refining the product quality over the years.
Reason Selling: We are selling because we have another business in the family that is requiring a lot more attention and as such we have to sell one. In order to get a quick sale to person who can take the business further we are selling for stock and plant value only.
Lease Terms: Lease renewal due March 2012, have been on 1 x 1. Landlord is reasonable but the business can be relocated with no issue as no retail trade.
